About Us
Upper Clements Parks is owned and operated by the non profit, community-based group The Upper Clements Parks Society. The Parks board is a blend of local tourism and business experts that includes representation from Annapolis, Clare and Digby counties. Combined the members of the board create a wealth of knowledge that benefit the Parks.
Park Information
Rental Services
Strollers and lockers are available to rent at Promenade Plaza for use while you are enjoying the Theme Park.
Complimentary Services
WiFi access is available throughout Kedge Court Yard. (Please refer to the password posted on site at Jake's Snacks.)
Wheelchairs are available on site at no charge. Please note there are locations within the Park that are not designated wheelchair accessible due to natural limitations. The Adventure Park is not wheelchair accessible at this time.
Guest Services
Medical Qualified First Aid Personnel are on duty at all times at the First Aid Station located in Guest Services.
Security
We have security staff on duty at all times. They are stationed in Guest Services and can be found throughout the Park.
Payment
We accept cash, VISA, Mastercard and Direct Debit. An ATM is located in Guest Services for your convenience.
Customer Service
We offer customer service information centres to assist visitors. Location maps are posted by the Pedal Boats, Water Slide entrance, Inglis Farm Market and the Loose Caboose General Store. Park maps are available at Promenade Plaza and Guest Services. Rental services include: strollers, single $4.00 per day, twin $6.00 per day, and lockers, $5.00 per day.
Public Washrooms
Public washrooms are located in Guest Services, Kedge Courtyard, by the Carousel and across from the Pier Building. A family washroom and mother's room is located across from the Pulley Swings.
Picnics
There is a large picnic shelter and lots of space for eating and exploring in the apple orchard located just inside the Park's main gates. Picnic areas are also located throughout the Park. Corporate picnics, family reunions and other large groups are welcome. Ask our

Lost & Found
Lost and found items can be reported in Guest Services or by calling 1-888-248-4567. Items can be claimed up to one week after the last day the Park is open for the season.
Pets
Pets are not permitted in the Parks. Local kennels are available offsite.
Parking
Ample complimentary parking on site.
